My name is Maman Thilor Sambe, I am 18 years old and I am a first-year student in MMI (Multimedia and Internet Professions). Passionate about issues of equality, memory, and science, I have committed to this project to highlight female figures that have been forgotten far too long in the history of science.
My approach is based on an educational approach, accessible to the greatest number, which invites documentary figures and a desire for rehabilitation. Through these stories, I hope to contribute to raising awareness about the Matilda Effect and encourage creative impact on the stereotypes that marginalize women in the scientific field.
This project is also an invitation to celebrate these pioneers and to inspire future generations, by giving voice to women who have shaped research and innovation, often in the shadows.
